Refund policy

• Every item is printed to order for you, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind.
• Personalized items (shirts with your pet's name) are made just for you and can't be resold, so they can't be returned, exchanged or refunded unless there is a quality problem: a misprint, a mistake on our part in your personalization, or damage or a defect. We print your pet's name exactly as you type it, so please check the spelling before you order.
• If your item arrives misprinted, damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@thecrustybarnacle.com with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. We will send a free replacement or refund the item (including shipping if applicable), your choice.
• Wrong size ordered: we cannot refund, but check our Size Guide before ordering.
• Lost parcels: if tracking shows no delivery 30 days after dispatch, contact us and we will reship or refund.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval.
• Cancellations: orders can be cancelled or changed within 12 hours of purchase, before production starts. After that, production begins and we cannot cancel.
