How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat $4.95 per order, and it's free on orders of $59 or more. That means two shirts ship free.
How long will my order take?
Every shirt is made to order. Allow 2 to 5 business days for printing plus 3 to 5 days in the mail, so usually 5 to 10 business days. If it's a Christmas gift, order by December 3 (December 1 for personalized pet tees).
When should I order for Christmas?
To get your order by Christmas in the US, order regular tees by Thursday, December 3, and personalized pet tees by Tuesday, December 1. Every shirt is made to order, and carriers can run late in December, so earlier is safer.
Where do you ship?
For now, we ship within the United States only.
How does the personalized pet tee work?
Pick your pet's breed or color (42 dogs and 10 cats). On the product page, tap Add your pet's name. The box shows our sample name, Charlie. Type your pet's name over it (up to 16 letters). You'll see a preview with the name on the shirt before you add it to your cart. It prints in handwriting under the design as "Love, [your pet's name]" with a little paw print. We print exactly what you type, so check the spelling.
I left the sample name "Charlie" in the box. What now?
Email hello@thecrustybarnacle.com straight away with your order number and the right name. Orders go to print 12 hours after you place them, and we can fix the name any time before that.
Do bigger sizes cost more?
Sizes S to XL are one price. 2XL, 3XL and 4XL cost a little more. The price updates on the product page when you pick your size.
What size should I order?
Our tees are Gildan Softstyle unisex, in sizes S–4XL. They have a classic unisex fit. Check our size guide before you order.
How do I care for my shirt?
Machine wash cold, inside out, and tumble dry low. Please don't iron the print.
What are the shirts made of?
Our tees are soft, lightweight Gildan Softstyle. Most colors are 100% ring-spun cotton, and heather colors are a cotton/poly blend.
Can I return or exchange my shirt?
Because every shirt is printed just for you, we can't accept returns for size or change of mind. If your item arrives misprinted, damaged or defective, send us a photo within 30 days and we'll replace or refund it. Replace or refund, your choice.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 12 hours of placing it. After that, it goes to print. Contact us as soon as you can.
